Termini di vendita e di licenza

Chi vende

licenze@vitomarinelli.it

Senza rete l'app continua a funzionare.

I tuoi contenuti

Terms of sale and licence

Who sells

Lumastage is software developed by Vito Marinelli, an individual based in Italy ("we"). For any question:

licenze@vitomarinelli.it

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle takes the payment, issues the receipt, applies your country's tax and provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

What you buy

  • A lifetime licence to use Lumastage on the number of Macs you choose, with no subscription.
  • All version 1 updates (1.x) are included. A future version 2 may be sold separately; version 1 will keep working.
  • The price is the one shown on the purchase page, including your country's tax, before you pay.

How the licence works

  • After payment you get a key (on the page and by email). You activate it in the app; internet is needed only to activate. Without a licence or an active trial the app only opens the Licence window.
  • Each licence covers the number of Macs you bought, activated at the same time. You can move it to another Mac whenever you like ("Remove from this Mac" in the app) or free a broken or lost Mac from the "Free a Mac" page.
  • When the Mac is online, the app silently renews the licence file every 30 days. Offline, the app keeps working.
  • A licence may be used by a person, a church, an association or a company on its own Macs. Do not publish the key or give it to others; you can transfer the licence to another person or organisation by writing to us.
  • You can try Lumastage free for 2 days, once per Mac, with every feature.

What is not allowed

You may not bypass or disable the licence check, resell or rent the app, or decompile or modify it, except where the law allows it regardless.

Your content

The songs, lyrics, images, videos and presentations you use with Lumastage belong to you or to their rights holders: you are responsible for having permission to display them (for example a CCLI licence for song lyrics). The Bible translations included in the app are in the public domain. Copyrighted versions are not included: you can paste passages yourself if you have the right to use them.

Refunds

You have 14 days from purchase to ask for a full refund, no questions asked. After a refund the licence stops working. All the details are in the refund policy.

Warranty and liability

We do our best to make Lumastage work well and reliably during a live event, and we recommend trying it on your Mac with the free trial before buying. Your statutory rights as a consumer always apply, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage (for example an interrupted event or lost data) and our total liability does not exceed what you paid for the licence. These limits do not apply to wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or to damage that the law does not allow to be excluded.

End of the licence

The licence ends if the purchase is refunded or disputed with a chargeback, or if the key is published or used in breach of these terms. In those cases the app returns to the Licence window at its next renewal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.

Changes

If we change these terms we update the date at the top of this page. Changes never take anything away from past buyers: your licence is governed by the terms in force on the day you bought it.
